SIMPLE OLYMPIAD, powered by SIMPLE ABACUS, provides online Abacus and Vedic Maths competitions and practice services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Parental consent will be obtained where required by law.
2. Registration
Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. Accounts must not be shared or misused.
3. Competition Rules
Participants must follow published eligibility, assessment, scoring, and ranking rules. Cheating, unauthorized assistance, and result manipulation may lead to disqualification or account restrictions.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free offers and paid subscriptions are subject to the stated features, category, level, and duration. Payments and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Scores and Awards
Rankings, certificates, medals, and trophies are subject to the announced competition rules. Registration does not guarantee a prize or rank. Verified errors may be corrected.
6. Intellectual Property
Our names, logos, educational materials, and question banks may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by law.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Verified technical issues will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy where warranted.
